IT Business Account Manager

About the role

The IT Business Account Manager is part of the UGS-IT management team, working closely with the Head of IT to ensure a productive and economically successful IT service unit that is highly rated by both clients and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing IT business connections, providing top‑level client care.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and People teams on planning and staffing.
• Identify and develop new IT business opportunities within and outside the UNIQA group.
• Contribute to strengthening and optimizing the UGS‑IT organisational setup.

Required profile

• Experience in managing IT service units or similar business units.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work closely with internal delivery and HR teams.

What we offer

• Base salary of €3,500 gross per month, plus guaranteed 13th and 14th monthly payments.
