Senior Security Engineer – SailPoint IdentityIQ

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This full‑time remote position will involve close collaboration with security, infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure and compliant identity governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, access provisioning, certification and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems and other identity sources.
• Create custom workflows, rules, connectors and automation to meet business and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations and integrations.
• Support IAM projects, upgrades, testing and production deployments.
• Contribute to technical documentation and follow IAM best practices and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM solutions with a strong focus on SailPoint.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, preferably version 8.4.
• Hands‑on experience with identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and governance processes.
• Practical experience developing integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
• Advanced level of English.
