Senior Analyst, Microsoft 365 Operations & Engineering

About the role

Takeda’s Innovation Capability Center in Bratislava is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the operation and engineering of its Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace services for global colleagues, supporting collaboration, messaging, identity, and productivity platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage tenant configurations, service requests, lifecycle activities, and platform governance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex messaging, collaboration, identity, and access issues.
• Support major incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive problem‑management processes.
• Handle mail routing, email security, transport services, Proofpoint, and compliance controls.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, cloud migrations, service integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Platform, Power Automate, and scripting.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, security, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
