Integration Tester

About the role

Avenga is looking for an Integration Tester to join its Bratislava team. You will work on banking and payment‑related applications, combining manual and automated testing to ensure high‑quality releases. The role requires close collaboration with developers, analysts and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Close cooperation with other parties, studying and analyzing project documentation.
• Creating, reviewing and refining test cases; executing manual and automated test scenarios.
• Recording, retesting and ensuring proper resolution of defects.
• Preparing and maintaining regression test sets and reporting test results.
• Providing training materials and support to internal testers, and regularly communicating progress to the Test Manager.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in manual and integration testing, preferably in banking or payment systems.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent SQL skills and confidence working directly with databases.
• Proficiency in Slovak (professional) and English (intermediate).
