Service/Product Owner – Consent & Preference Management Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Service/Product Owner to lead the Consent and Preference Management Platform built on SAP Customer Data Cloud. The role involves driving change initiatives, coordinating implementations across countries, and ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations within a global healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP CDC.
• Drive change management initiatives, including roll‑outs to additional countries and applications.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation activities such as test management, user acceptance testing, and go‑live planning.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, aligning with global cross‑functional teams.
• Lead service management processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Manage external vendors and ensure compliance with quality, information security, and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Several years of experience with consent and preference management solutions, preferably SAP CDC.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects using Agile and structured project‑management approaches.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and global cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or comparable platform.
• API concepts and tools such as Postman.
• IT Service Management and ITIL governance principles.
• Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Data‑privacy principles and compliance requirements.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
