AI Architect – Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

About the role

Join PwC’s Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Architect focused on Google Cloud Platform. You will design, build, and scale AI‑powered solutions for international clients, turning complex business challenges into secure, production‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect AI solutions on GCP, leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE and API integrations.
• Create Generative AI, LLM, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent architectures.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems and data ecosystems.
• Validate designs through proofs of concept, experimentation and hands‑on work.
• Drive delivery of secure, scalable, production‑ready AI applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture decisions and best practices.
• Utilize AI‑enhanced development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and ChatPwC.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, solution architecture, cloud engineering or software engineering.
• Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient Python programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, large language models, RAG architectures, AI agents or related ML solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native architectures, APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience working with data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
