Team Leader – Assembly Department (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to head our Assembly Department. You will supervise both mechanical and electrical assembly teams, ensuring smooth production flow and high‑quality output in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize and motivate team members in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Assign daily tasks, coordinate activities across teams and resolve technical or organisational issues promptly.
• Guarantee timely order completion according to the production schedule while meeting technological and quality standards.
• Train new colleagues, provide technical guidance and regularly evaluate team performance.
• Maintain close communication with other departments to ensure seamless production and assembly of machines.

Required profile

• Secondary education with a school‑leaving certificate (maturita).
• Vocational training in electrotechnics, mechanics or engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Valid § 21 certificate is advantageous.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Independent, responsible, well‑organized and proactive work approach.
