S2C Transformation Lead for Europe

About the role

The KBS Europe S2C Lead drives the Source‑to‑Cash transformation agenda across Europe, delivering measurable value through performance, scalability, quality, automation and strong business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end S2C operational performance across Europe, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality, productivity and capacity management.
• Define and lead the S2C transformation roadmap with clear priorities, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Translate KONE and Europe Area priorities into an actionable S2C agenda linked to business impact and value creation.
• Establish and track transformation value cases, ensuring visible, measurable benefits.
• Strengthen governance with Frontlines and stakeholders, providing transparency on performance, risks and priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop the S2C Europe leadership team to build a high‑performing organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in S2C, customer service or related operations, preferably in an international matrix or GBS environment.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale operational teams across multiple countries and deliver measurable productivity, quality and automation improvements.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and stakeholder influence.
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
