Customer Care Advocate III

About the role

The Customer Care Advocate III will support internal sales, applications, and customer service teams by providing order status updates, quotations, and processing customer orders worldwide. This fully onsite position is based at the designated Regal Rexnord office.

Key responsibilities

• Receive enquiries via email or telephone and process orders, including contract review for non‑standard products.
• Prepare engineering files for the engineering department and become familiar with all product offerings.
• Work cross‑functionally to determine accurate production costs and act as the voice of the customer within the plant.
• Provide order status updates, liaise with operations for delivery information, and assist the Customer Care Manager in meeting enquiry‑to‑quotation and order intake targets.
• Determine prices, send quotations using standard price lists, and ensure gross margins meet acceptable levels.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or industrial field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or technical support within a manufacturing and sales environment.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Oracle.
