ServiceNow Architect

About the role

Devoteam, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, is looking for a ServiceNow Architect in Bratislava to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation. The architect bridges complex business challenges with elegant technical solutions, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and contributing to software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to the organisation's needs, working with the product team and other stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise during implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities
• Document the ServiceNow architecture for internal use
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
• Implement, configure and maintain interfaces and integrations with third parties

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of implementation experience (developer or lead developer) in ServiceNow
• CTA certification or aspiration to achieve it
• Project management skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to scope projects, estimate effort and create Statements of Work (SOW)
• Fluent English; German and/or French is an advantage
• Experience managing technical work of 3-15 consultants and communicating with C-level stakeholders

Required skills

• Scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB)
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
• ServiceNow implementation and configuration
