Forward Deployed Engineer – ServiceNow, Bratislava

About the role

Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consulting firm, is looking for a Lead/Principal level ServiceNow Architect / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) focused on the Service Operations domain in ServiceNow. The role combines high-impact technical delivery with presales, client relationship and market growth support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex ServiceNow Service Operations solutions
• Work directly with key clients on-site or closely embedded in their teams to solve complex architectural challenges
• Oversee delivery quality, best practices and technical excellence across Service Operations projects
• Guide and upskill senior and junior consultants in local and regional delivery teams
• Partner with local sales and domain leads on presales, solution design, RFP responses and technical demos to C-level stakeholders
• Serve as the main technical contact for strategic accounts and support business development and local footprint expansion for ServiceNow
• Collaborate with regional ServiceNow representatives and internal domain leads across Central Europe

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, as an Architect or Lead/Principal Consultant
• Experience running discovery workshops, building solution proposals and pitching to senior business and IT stakeholders
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Consultative approach, project management skills and leadership of other technical experts

Required skills

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Ability to scope projects, estimate effort and create Statements of Work (SOW)
