Senior Key Account Manager - Corporate Solutions

About the role

ESET's Corporate Solutions division, created in 2022 to support large enterprises, governments and security services with bespoke cybersecurity services, is expanding its team. It is looking for an experienced, solution-oriented Key Account Manager with proven direct sales credentials and a technical background in cybersecurity. The role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Define and execute a new business growth plan and exceed financial targets
• Manage the P&L and customer satisfaction for named clients in the territory
• Create and run account plans to build and scale client relationships
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
• Work with Global CS leads and the client vendor ecosystem to create customer value
• Manage long-cycle deals from start to finish

Required profile

• Proven years of corporate sales experience with a strong technical background in cybersecurity solutions and services
• Track record of building and maintaining corporate accounts
• Solid knowledge of the cybersecurity product portfolio and services
• Ability to engage all levels of decision-makers and negotiate complex client and vendor issues
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative
