Junior E-commerce Sales Specialist (Online/Direct Sales)

About the role

kiongroup is looking for a junior e-commerce specialist focused on sales, based in Nitra. The person will actively reach out to customers, process orders and leads from the e-shop and help grow online and direct sales. The position suits an independent, communicative person who enjoys learning and building business contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Active telephone sales to customers based on e-shop orders and received leads
• Search for and contact potential customers and develop new business opportunities
• Identify companies, contacts and opportunities in direct sales and online, and hand promising projects to sales representatives
• Communicate with customers, find their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Create offers and process orders
• Work with CRM and internal systems (entering contacts, updating lead status)
• Meet e-shop targets and help with reporting
• Contribute to portfolio development and pricing, and work with the marketing specialist on SEO

Required profile

• Enjoyment of calling and active customer outreach
• Strong communication and sales skills, proactive and results-oriented, with at least one year of sales experience
• Able to search for information online independently and work with data
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales or customer support is a big advantage
• Willingness to learn and build a career in e-commerce and sales
