Senior Analyst ISC Procurement Finance - Packaging

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Senior Analyst for ISC Procurement Finance, focusing on the Packaging commodity, based in Bratislava. You will carry out detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager, collecting data, keeping information accurate, monitoring reconciliations and running basic checks and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning and forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting and analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a defined scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, business services or corporate finance).
• Collect data and check data integrity.
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Run ad hoc analyses and projects requested by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
• Support projects that improve efficiency and ways of working, and contribute to a high-performing Finance team.
• Invest in your own development and that of your Finance peers.

Required profile

• Experience and knowledge in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
• A basic understanding of the business, the consumer packaged goods industry and the local snacking market.
• Relevant experience in a regional (or large local) business.
• Leadership skills, including collaboration and communication within a Finance team.
• Growth/digital mindset and ability to use technology to improve efficiency.
• Integrity and sound judgement aligned with company values, policies and external regulations.
