Senior Auditor - Operations & Change

About the role

Swiss Re is recruiting a Senior Auditor with a focus on Operations & Change in its Group Internal Audit (GIA) team in Bratislava. You will apply your operations knowledge (HR, Legal, Compliance, Communications) across the end-to-end value chain and take part in and lead transformation and change-related audits. The role engages regularly with senior stakeholders and function heads across several business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in audits focused on operations functions and transformation, from start to finish, owning your audit tasks and improving audit delivery
• Lead and steer audits as a senior auditor
• Build relationships with senior management and engage with stakeholders across the business
• Contribute to the GIA audit plan with your expertise
• Coach other audit team members and act as a role model

Required profile

• 5-7 or more years of experience in the financial services industry
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end operations processes
• Experience auditing transformation projects
• Understanding of governance processes and controls
• Experience with internal or external reviews and/or audits
• Curious, critical thinker, delivery-oriented and team player; proactive and able to deliver in ambiguous situations
• Effective communication in English, written and spoken

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 3,100 to EUR 5,100 per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and role scope
• Possible performance-based bonus
