Sales Operations Excellence Specialist (CRM)

About the role

ESET is looking for a collaborative CRM professional in Bratislava who connects business needs with system solutions, supports users and contributes to international projects. The role helps drive system migrations, market expansion and CRM improvements, working with stakeholders across regions. It is full-time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage sales operations processes in the global CRM system and act as subject matter expert
• Implement sales CRM processes in local offices and support users and resolve issues
• Monitor process performance, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, support solution design and run user testing
• Maintain accurate process documentation and deliver training materials
• Support global sales projects from a CRM perspective and act as main contact for sales processes and the CRM system across offices

Required profile

• High school or university degree (business administration, economics, management preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of sales principles, metrics and KPIs
• Proven stakeholder, client and customer relationship management
• English at C1 level

Required skills

• Active CRM usage and/or implementation experience (ideally Salesforce)
• Understanding of databases and CRM tools
• Salesforce experience or certification is a plus
