Security Sales Engineer (Cyber Security Solution Consultant)

About the role

ESET's Corporate Solution division is expanding into key markets and is looking for a Cyber Security Solution Consultant to join its Corporate Solutions team in Bratislava. You will work closely with CS sales managers and teams to cover the technical parts of business opportunities, acting as the security specialist and first contact point for potential clients in the pre-sales and sales phases.

Key responsibilities

• Cooperate with CS sales managers and teams to cover and obtain the technical parts of business opportunities.
• Act as the first contact point for potential clients in pre-sales and sales, and communicate with customers to map and analyse their business and technical problems, requirements and environment.
• Propose and prepare solution designs based on business, technical and functional requirements and user specifications, and help prepare documentation.
• Consult proposed solutions with ESET technology teams such as solution architects and product management when needed.
• Create communication materials, training and other tools supporting change management.
• Attend meetings and presentations led by senior colleagues and contribute ideas.
• Perform requirements analysis, record and communicate them to stakeholder groups, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Update, implement and maintain procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation, systematic approach and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, good initiative, willing to challenge the status quo and to learn.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills, able to think outside the box for clients.
• Willingness to travel several times a year (1-2 times).
