Performance & Reward Specialist (F/M)

About the role

KONE is looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist to join its team in Bratislava, Slovakia, working in a hybrid setup of up to two days remote per week. Reporting to the Performance & Reward Manager based in France, the role supports compensation, benefits and performance-related activities across France, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, managers and employees, delivering performance and reward processes, keeping HR data accurate and supporting employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support annual performance and reward activities: performance review cycles, salary reviews, annual bonus calculations, monitoring timelines and data accuracy, and preparing communication and training materials.
• Maintain accurate, consistent employee data in Workday, set up data quality controls, analyse HR data and support data governance.
• Take part in annual compensation surveys and market benchmarking, collecting, validating and submitting compensation data.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Reward or a related HR specialty.
• Experience in an international, matrix organisation is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting annual compensation reviews and bonus processes.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory; additional European languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Data management, reporting and data governance.
