HR Representative – Employee Lifecycle Support

About the role

Join a fast‑paced Human Resources team supporting employees, managers and HR colleagues in the Trnava region. You will be responsible for handling HR transactions across the employee lifecycle and helping to improve HR service delivery in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR transaction support for hiring, onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation, benefits, learning and performance via a ticketing system.
• Create and deliver HR reports, ensure transaction quality and contribute to the HR knowledge base.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks and resolve complex HR transactions in internal systems following established guidelines.
• Prepare documentation that complies with country‑specific legal requirements.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in HR or personnel administration is a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Ability to handle multiple HR transactions simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt to change.
• Communicative English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• SuccessFactors (preferred).
• ServiceNow (preferred).
• Softip system (advantage).
