Head of Plant – Slovakia

About the role

LEONI is seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to head one of its manufacturing plants in Slovakia. The role is pivotal for driving safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency and people development while supporting sustainable growth in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations and achieve business and financial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams across Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering and Support Functions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in automotive or high‑volume manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing large production organisations and driving performance improvements.
• Strong strategic, operational and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
