SFA Engineering Manager

About the role

The SFA Engineering Manager will lead special product feasibility and development projects within the R&D and Engineering Department, coordinating SFA and ETO tasks while supporting service and production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local engineering team, including attendance, holidays, and permissions.
• Support Order Validation Specialist in preparing BOMs for special orders and update plans bi‑daily.
• Lead ETO product development from concept through design validation and hand‑over to NPDI.
• Coordinate prototype planning, laboratory testing, and collaboration with procurement, offering, and external labs.
• Provide post‑sales support for customer change requests, including design, quoting, and assembly instructions.
• Act as reference for quality, procurement, service, production, and IT departments on SFA/ETO matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar engineering project roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
