About the role

Join a dynamic automotive environment where you will ensure smooth communication and reliable deliveries for key customers. As a Customer Service Contact you will coordinate customer requirements, plan deliveries and resolve logistics issues to maximise customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Process and coordinate customer requirements (call‑offs, forecasts) in an automotive setting.
Maintain daily communication with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Manage critical situations to avoid production line stoppages while minimising urgent transport costs.
Monitor logistics KPIs and produce accurate reports according to customer standards.
Plan daily deliveries based on customer needs and warehouse strategy, organising shipments for on‑time delivery.
Collaborate with Production Planning, Logistics, Quality and Production teams to resolve customer complaints.
