About the role

Join Logwin’s dynamic sales team in Bratislava as a Sales Specialist focused on forwarding services. You will engage prospective customers for sea, air, and rail freight solutions, building long‑term relationships while contributing to the company’s growth in the logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospective customers for sea, air, and rail freight forwarding services.
• Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with a Sales Representative in a tandem sales model.
• Create and validate prospect databases, identifying new business opportunities.
• Support existing customers within the assigned region and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Experience in telephone sales conversations and customer outreach.
• Willingness to learn about freight forwarding processes and services.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with strong commitment to goals.
