Business Coordinator (English and another European Language)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a detail-oriented Business Coordinator in Bratislava to act as a key link between its client managers and operational functions, supporting smooth business processes and giving insight into the reinsurance industry. The team is a multinational group of more than 60 Business Coordinators split by EMEA market, forming the backbone for client managers who originate and renew business.

Key responsibilities

• Support Client Underwriters and Key Account Managers on client-facing activities
• Manage your own portfolio, including contract management, data gathering, analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting and Contracts teams
• Create professional presentations for client visits, events and conferences
• Take part in strategic projects and initiatives

Required profile

• Fluent English; another European language is an advantage
• Reliable, self-driven, with attention to detail, prioritisation and good communication
• Nice to have: previous administration or insurance/reinsurance experience (graduates welcome), project management experience, analytical mindset, experience in multicultural environments

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Data literacy: reading and interpreting data

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 1,400 to 2,300 per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and requirements
