Receptionist Intern

About the role

EY is looking for a university student to join its Reception Desk team in Bratislava on a part-time internship. The receptionists give every client and employee the best possible first impression, handling enquiries professionally. The start date is as soon as possible, by agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls
• Manage conference rooms and meetings
• Manage and record company correspondence, working with couriers and the postal service
• Manage company orders and purchases, working with suppliers and service providers
• Take part in the day-to-day operations of the office
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management, including ad hoc matters

Required profile

• University student
• Active English
• Pleasant and presentable demeanor
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility, proactivity and ability to solve problems and set priorities

Required skills

• Active MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and organisation
