Brand Manager – Hybrid role in Žilina

About the role

This full-time Brand Manager role is based in Žilina in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Brand Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of brand strategies across products and channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align brand initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver brand assets on time and within budget.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and campaign performance data to inform actionable plans.
• Maintain brand guidelines and support packaging and in‑store communication.
• Contribute to annual brand planning and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Experience in brand management, marketing strategy and campaign planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong market research, consumer insight analysis and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agencies and partners, with solid project‑management skills.
• Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media and content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Slovak and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
