Sales Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Tomra Food is seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to support its EMEA sales organisation. You will plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer engagement and commercial growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design initiatives that generate quality leads and create sales enablement tools, case studies and marketing content.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars and customer events, managing timelines, suppliers and budgets.
• Track and report KPIs, campaign results and event ROI using CRM and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute).
• Practical experience in B2B, sales‑driven marketing environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events and hold a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with web content management systems.
• Data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics tools.
