Brand Manager – Healthcare Products

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the local brand value team for a dedicated therapeutic area, driving customer‑centric commercial plans and ensuring alignment with regional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of integrated brand plans, including market access support and resource allocation.
• Implement promotional activities, multichannel and digital strategies, and coordinate with HUBs to achieve KPIs.
• Analyse market data, provide insights to senior management, and support local market research needs.
• Manage business planning, forecasting, and OOP management in collaboration with commercial and logistics functions.

Required profile

• University Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Native Slovak speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• High ethical standards, proactive and goal‑oriented mindset.
