Senior Localization Project Manager

About the role

Acclaro is seeking a Senior Localization Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑format localization projects and provide operational leadership for a portfolio of client accounts. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with strategic account management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take day‑to‑day operational accountability for assigned accounts, ensuring delivery meets service models, client commitments and internal standards.
• Lead complex localization projects across software, marketing, multimedia and documentation from scoping to closure.
• Own service performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, quality, schedule, budget) and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate account plans, trackers, risk registers and prepare inputs for business reviews.
• Coordinate resources, manage capacity risks and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing localization projects in a language‑service‑provider or similar global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with financial, quality and schedule accountability.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required skills

• Experience with translation‑management tools and localization platforms.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and technology‑enabled delivery models.
