Treasury Analyst

About the role

Adient is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its Global Treasury Operations team. The role combines derivative trade lifecycle management, compliance reporting, and process improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and record derivative trades in the Treasury Management System (TMS) and resolve confirmation issues with counterparties.
• Settle trades promptly and address bank reconciliation discrepancies.
• Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly closing activities in line with SOX and internal policies.
• Manage banking mandates and administer E‑banking applications for the EMEA region.
• Maintain Quantum static data for EMEA and North America FX‑ALL.
• Identify and implement process and technology enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Assist the reporting manager with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, banking, economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of treasury or finance experience in a large bank or multinational corporation.
• Hands‑on experience with derivative payment processes, SOX controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to IT projects such as treasury system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model (up to 3 remote days per week).
• Base monthly salary starting from 1,800 EUR gross.
