Transfer Pricing Manager – Europe & South Africa

About the role

Yanfeng is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead all direct, transfer pricing, tax controversy and international tax matters across its Europe and South Africa footprint. The role acts as the primary tax business partner for roughly twelve legal entities in the automotive parts industry, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all regional transfer pricing matters, including audits, litigation, competent‑authority procedures and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive compliance with Local Files, Master File support, Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR), intercompany agreements, benchmarking studies and policy monitoring.
• Coordinate transfer pricing projects linked to restructurings, model changes, supply‑chain adjustments and cross‑border transactions.
• Provide technical advice to operations, finance, treasury, legal, procurement and controlling functions.
• Support Pillar Two / GloBE compliance and manage external advisors, tax budgets and project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in intercompany accounting and transfer pricing within a multinational group or leading advisory firm.
• Strong expertise in transfer pricing, withholding taxes, double tax treaties, tax controversy, MAPs and OECD‑based international tax principles.
• Proactive ownership of projects, excellent written and oral communication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English and ability to interact with senior management in a fast‑paced international environment.
