Student Support – Accounts Receivable Cash Applications (US Time)

About the role

The Student Support role in the Accounts Receivable Cash Applications team handles posting incoming payments, investigating payment details, and supporting the department with various administrative tasks while working with multiple ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming payments received via bank transfers, checks, direct debits, and credit cards to the Accounts Receivable ledger.
• Allocate payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices based on remittance advice.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Work with various ERP systems to ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform general administrative duties and provide additional support to the team as needed.

Required profile

• University student (2nd‑5th year) aged 25 or younger, preferably studying Accounting or Economics.
• Previous accounting background (high school) or similar SSC experience is a plus.
• Communicative, detail‑oriented, and able to work at least three days per week.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Proficient user of MS Excel.
