Sell to Cash Operations Manager (KBS Europe)

About the role

KONE Business Services (KBS) drives KONE’s global scale by continuously improving core processes such as Sell to Cash. We are looking for a Sell to Cash Operations Manager to join the KBS Europe Leadership team in Bratislava, reporting to the Head of KBS Europe. The role focuses on Service Contracts Management, Customer Master Data Management and Billing, aiming to deliver efficiency, high‑quality service and a positive user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of 60‑80 employees, including 4‑6 Team Leaders.
• Standardise ways of working across Service Contract Management, Customer Master Data Management and Billing to improve efficiency and automation.
• Assess, recommend and implement process improvements that raise service levels and enhance internal and external customer experience.
• Define, track and report service performance against SLA targets, addressing deviations proactively.
• Collaborate with director‑level stakeholders to align operational goals with business strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in an international matrix or GBS environment.
• Proven ability to drive process development, change management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience implementing standardized, automated processes and using data for decision‑making.
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, and excellent spoken and written English.
