About the role

NetCore j.s.a., an independent Slovak software company behind Unimus, is looking for a Technical Writer & Pre‑Sales Engineer specializing in networking. You will combine your networking expertise with a passion for writing to help customers understand and adopt our automation platform.

Key responsibilities

Write technical articles, guides and documentation for the blog and internal Wiki.
Conduct pre‑sales technical demos and Q&A calls with prospective customers.
Develop architecture and sizing recommendations for client networks.
Represent the company at networking and telecom conferences.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on networking experience, comfortable with CLI configuration.
Strong Linux knowledge and Bash scripting skills.
Fluent English (C1 level) for creating technical content and communicating with customers.
Enjoys writing technical material and can convey complex concepts clearly.
