Customer Success Manager – US Telecom Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong telecommunications background to serve a portfolio of 20‑40 small enterprise customers across the US market. You will act as a trusted advisor, primary point of contact and ensure customers receive the full range of our Voice, Internet, Mobility, IoT, Managed Network, Security and Unified Communications solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email and collaboration platforms, focusing on lifecycle operations, contract retention and revenue growth.
• Own assigned enterprise accounts, co‑manage with Strategic Account Leads, and drive new business development, RFP management and strategic deal closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, conduct regular business reviews and gather feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Handle sales orders from receipt through billing, and collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing roles such as Account Management, Project Management, Sales or Client Services.
• Strong background in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and pressure‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecom services (Voice, Internet Connectivity, Mobility, IoT, Managed Network Services, Security, Unified Communications).
