About the role
NetCore j.s.a., an independent Slovak software company behind Unimus, is looking for a Technical Writer & Pre‑Sales Engineer specializing in networking. You will combine your networking expertise with a passion for writing to help customers understand and adopt our automation platform.
Key responsibilities
- Write technical articles, guides and documentation for the blog and internal Wiki.
- Conduct pre‑sales technical demos and Q&A calls with prospective customers.
- Develop architecture and sizing recommendations for client networks.
- Represent the company at networking and telecom conferences.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on networking experience, comfortable with CLI configuration.
- Strong Linux knowledge and Bash scripting skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level) for creating technical content and communicating with customers.
- Enjoys writing technical material and can convey complex concepts clearly.
