Site HR Manager – Košice

About the role

As Site HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the people agenda of our Košice site and supporting the business through a strong, practical and people‑focused HR approach. You will work closely with site management, lead the local HR team, and drive key HR activities across employee relations, talent management, organizational development and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site management to align HR priorities with business needs.
• Lead, coach and develop the local HR team.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational development and change initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities.
• Lead key HR cycles, including performance, succession and salary reviews.
• Ensure effective HR operations, including payroll, personnel administration & workforce management.
• Build strong employee relations and cooperate with employee representatives and trade unions.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies and HR standards.
• Monitor HR KPIs and use data to support decisions and improvements.
• Strengthen internal communication, employer branding and employee engagement.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in HR, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in employee relations, HR business partnering and organizational development.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of labor law and HR operations.
• Fluent English and native‑level Slovak.
• Strong communication, business partnering and problem‑solving skills.
