Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team and provide day‑to‑day support to employees and managers across the site. The role is focused on the automotive sector in Slovakia and requires strong knowledge of local labour legislation and HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily HR assistance to employees and managers.
• Manage HR administration, employee documentation, and data maintenance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Work with the Human HR system for various HR transactions.
• Assist payroll activities and coordinate with the Payroll team.
• Support employee relations initiatives and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR procedures and Slovak labour law.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Slovak labour legislation.
• Previous experience using the Human HR system.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
