Senior SAP FI Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant in Bratislava, working in a hybrid setting within a globally distributed team. The consultant maintains, designs and implements financial IT solutions in the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem, taking full end-to-end ownership of initiatives from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• SAP customizing and system parametrisation to deliver robust, scalable and efficient IT solutions
• IT business analysis across financial domains such as Lease Accounting (RE-FX), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Connectivity, Validations, Substitutions and IT interfaces with other systems
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system specifications, including testing and deployment to production
• Analyse, document and discuss requirements for new solutions and improvements with business experts, other SAP Business Analysts and Application Engineers
• Partner with ABAP developers during development to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Support incident handling, maintenance of productive solutions and quarter-close support

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance or a related business field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and SAP customizing
• Knowledge of Lease Accounting (RE-FX), AR and AP is an asset
• Ability to analyse and solve business and IT issues, with strong conceptual thinking and abstraction
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 3,200 to EUR 5,300 per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and role scope
