Data and Digitalization Use Case Leader - EMEA

About the role

Lear is looking for a Data and Digitalization Use Case Leader for its Europe & Africa Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization. You will lead the execution of data-driven projects across the region, using Lear's data analytics and application platform, working closely with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions and support the organization's digitalization roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of digitalization and data analytics projects, meeting scope, timing and quality objectives.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with Lear Data Standards or approved deviations.
• Support the development and deployment of scalable applications using Palantir Foundry and other digital technologies.
• Monitor and report project benefits, savings and KPIs to show measurable business impact.
• Ensure compliance with Lear EHS, IT and local regulatory requirements, and implement digital solutions with zero customer impact and minimal disruption.
• Work with workstream leaders and cross-functional teams on the strategic digitalization roadmap, and contribute to data, project management and digitalization standards and lessons learned.
• Evaluate emerging digital technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions, and support initiatives that improve data analytics performance and employee engagement with new technologies.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience delivering complex business or technology projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of data analytics, digital transformation trends, IT security principles and modern business applications.
• Advantageous: Python, SQL, database management or change management experience.
