AI Developer (Copilot Studio)

About the role

ING Bratislava is looking for an AI Developer (Copilot Studio) to join its Intelligent Automation team. The team's mission is to speed up the identification, analysis and execution of intelligent automation activities, improving efficiency, consistency and quality in wholesale banking operations worldwide. You will design, develop and deploy automation and AI solutions and work closely with business analysts, stakeholders and other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions mainly in Python, possibly using ABBYY Vantage and MS PowerPlatform (Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI)
• Design and develop AI solutions mainly with MS Copilot and MS Copilot Studio
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders
• Work with tech leads on solution design and QA testing
• Review and recommend changes to the operating model so automation is implemented efficiently
• Maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents and user guidelines
• Coach citizen developers, run solution reviews and support automation adoption
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and stay up to date with AI and automation trends

Required profile

• Hands-on Python development experience, preferably in intelligent automation or AI workflow projects
• Proven understanding of AI technologies and frameworks
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with process automation and AI delivery frameworks
