Senior PPC Specialist

About the role

team.blue is looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to own and scale a €3M+ annual paid media budget across global markets. You will work within the Marketing Centre of Excellence, focusing on the Websupport and Active24 brands.

Key responsibilities

• Select and propose the optimal media mix and campaign setups based on audience, product and market insights.
• Identify growth opportunities, translate insights into actionable initiatives and build a testing roadmap for creatives, bidding and landing pages.
• Lead external PPC resources, set priorities, provide feedback and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Run hands‑on campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and explore new channels.
• Connect ad performance to business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV and overall revenue.

Required profile

• Proven ability to take a campaign from idea through execution and evaluation.
• Experience managing complex multi‑market SaaS or freemium acquisition funnels.
• High autonomy, data‑driven mindset and commercial sharpness.
• Fluent English and Slovak or Czech, comfortable working in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on mastery of Google Ads.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
• Experience with paid social platforms and AI/automation tools for testing workflows.
