Senior Marketing Manager – CRO Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area and core CRO portfolio. The role demands a highly autonomous leader who can translate global strategy into high‑impact execution and partner closely with sales and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and messaging for Autoimmune therapeutic services, clinical FSP, and other CRO offerings.
• Develop and execute integrated omni‑channel campaigns, including digital content, SEM, SEO, AI‑driven search, and social media.
• Create sales enablement tools and lead‑generation assets to support the sales force.
• Collaborate with medical, scientific, and commercial teams to produce thought‑leadership content such as videos and white papers.
• Plan and manage annual conference strategy, budgeting, and execution in partnership with the events team.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional partners and junior marketers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing within CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and autonomous decision‑making abilities.
