SEO Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Content Specialist to create and improve search‑led content that aligns with user intent and drives conversions. The role blends traditional SEO with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for AI‑driven search and answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update high‑intent SEO content such as commercial pages, comparison pages, FAQs, and educational articles.
• Produce GEO‑optimised content that can be clearly understood, cited, and surfaced by AI search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Maintain a refresh plan to identify content decay, update existing pages, and close coverage gaps.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover opportunities, search intent, and gaps across markets and feed findings into the content plan.
• Grow First Time Trader (FTT) volumes from generic, non‑brand keywords through SEO content.
• Apply on‑page best practices, including headings, internal linking, meta inputs, and content QA before publishing.
• Localise content for country‑specific sites while avoiding cannibalisation and duplicate‑content flags.
• Coordinate content across multiple global/country websites, ensuring consistent structure, tone, and compliance.
• Review performance metrics (rankings, traffic, engagement, conversion) and optimise content accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong SEO writing and editing abilities with a clear understanding of search intent and SERP formats.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with iterative feedback loops based on performance data.
• Understanding of GEO principles and how AI/LLM‑driven engines surface content.
• Experience managing content across global or multi‑country websites, avoiding cannibalisation and duplication.
