Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior specialist to own and evolve our lifecycle marketing engine. You will turn new sign‑ups into activated users, users into paying customers, and customers into long‑term, growing accounts across four distinct brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve always‑on lifecycle programs from onboarding through expansion.
• Create and launch campaigns directly in Vero and our in‑app messaging platform.
• Write concise, product‑led copy and iterate based on test results.
• Own lifecycle KPIs in Amplitude, including activation rate, free‑to‑paid conversion, MRR from automated campaigns, upgrade conversion, cart recovery and churn prevention.
• Adapt strategies per brand, deciding which learnings transfer and prioritising work.
• Collaborate closely with the Monetization Principal, CRO Principal, Product and Marketing teams.
• Leverage regulatory changes as opportunities to engage users through lifecycle channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or email marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in a product‑led or self‑serve model, with measurable impact on activation, conversion, expansion or churn.
• Hands‑on experience managing marketing automation tools and data‑driven optimisation.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate funnel data into actionable programs.
