Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud, CI/CD & Kubernetes

About the role

You will join a team delivering a Retail Transformation Programme, building and maintaining scalable, secure platforms for online experiences. The role focuses on containerisation, orchestration, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation while collaborating with development, security and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Automate integration, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Design, deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and test automation engineers to enhance CI/CD processes.
• Maintain monitoring, logging and performance‑optimisation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and document products and solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and mentor development teams on DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multinational, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, self‑driven and eager to learn new technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
