Junior Project Management Officer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Management Officer to support our international IT‑banking team. This fully remote position offers hands‑on experience in project coordination, data management and reporting within a major European banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process, organize and maintain project‑related data according to business requirements.
• Update and keep inventory trackers and related documentation current.
• Use a ticketing system to register, monitor and follow up on requests.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the project team.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and basic data analyses using MS Excel.
• Monitor project activities to ensure information accuracy.
• Support project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and countries.
• Assist with ad‑hoc project, data and reporting tasks.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in administration, reporting, data processing or project support.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to handle large data sets and quickly learn new tools.
• Good organizational, time‑management and independent‑working capabilities.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous exposure to ticketing or project‑management tools is a plus.
