Senior AP/AR Accountant – English & German

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AP/AR Accountant to join Siemens Healthineers' Accounting Centre of Competence. You will work on complex sub‑ledger accounting for 22 European and Central Asian markets, supporting both accounts payable and receivable processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming invoices and bank statements in SAP sub‑ledger modules.
• Collaborate with the payment‑run team to ensure timely payments.
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations and support month‑end closing activities.
• Participate in various projects aimed at process optimisation.
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP sub‑ledger accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (B2 level).
• Analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
