Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

Valletta Credit Finance Corporation is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve its sophisticated international clientele. The role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized financial guidance and supporting the full range of VCFC’s banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze incoming client calls, providing financial guidance.
• Partner with clients to deliver expert insight on financial and technical aspects of products and services.
• Assist with card issuing, delivery, blocking, closing, and fraud verification procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and maintain precise reference tables.
• Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring consistent follow‑up and satisfaction.
• Operate within ICL/CRM platforms and internal systems to maintain accurate workflows.
• Provide continuous, around‑the‑clock client support.
• Conduct follow‑up calls related to correspondence and service requests.
• Coordinate calls and meetings on behalf of the Head of Customer/Sales.
• Participate in quarterly Customer Surveys to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Proven background in customer service within credit cards, banking, financial services, or luxury sectors serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• English proficiency at Level C (spoken, written, reading); additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining impeccable client‑care standards.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Confident computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working independently.
