S2C Transformation Lead – Europe

About the role

The KBS Europe S2C Lead drives the Source‑to‑Cash transformation agenda across Europe, delivering measurable value through improved performance, scalability, quality and automation. This senior position provides strategic direction to standardise operations, accelerate global initiatives and turn transformation priorities into tangible improvements for Frontlines and the European business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end S2C operational performance across Europe, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality, productivity and capacity management.
• Define and lead the S2C transformation roadmap with clear priorities, milestones and measurable outcomes in productivity, quality, automation adoption and customer experience.
• Translate KONE and Europe Area priorities into an actionable S2C agenda linked to business impact and operational scalability.
• Establish and track transformation value cases, ensuring visible, measurable benefits such as cost efficiency, capacity release and process standardisation.
• Strengthen governance with Frontlines and key stakeholders, providing transparency on performance, risks and required business support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in S2C, customer service or related operations, preferably in an international matrix or GBS environment.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale operational teams across multiple countries, managing performance at scale and building clear accountability.
• Demonstrated transformation leadership, owning roadmaps, benefit cases and delivering measurable productivity, quality, automation or service improvements.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to anticipate Europe Area needs, shape priorities and influence stakeholders.
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, and excellent spoken and written English.
